Police are urgently searching two sisters, aged 10 and 17, who have been missing since Tuesday.
Nicola Nalepka, 17, and Vanessa Lisak, 10, were last seen in Bedford.
Their disappearance was not reported until Friday, Bedfordshire Police revealed.
The force said in a tweet: "The pair were last seen on Tuesday (10 September) and we are concerned for their welfare. Please call us on 101 with any info."
Pictures of the sisters have been circulated, with police urging anyone with information to come forward.
