BENGALURU: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday that India has been a global bright spot in 2022 despite the impact of the pandemic and war.
"India has overcome every challenge due to its internal resilience," PM Modi said. "India’s internal resilience has helped us overcome all challenges. Stable and decisive government, sustained reforms, and socio-economic empowerment are at the grassroots," the PM added.
PM Modi was speaking at the launch of India Energy Week 2023 in Bengaluru. "This is the first major energy event in India's G20 presidency calendar. I welcome people from all over the world to this event," the PM said.
