Here's a breakdown of the new games coming to PlayStation Plus in January.
Deep Rock Galactic
Deep Rock Galactic is a cooperative first-person shooter that sees okayers choose one of four different classes of dwarf miners as they work on the inhospitable planet Hoxxes IV.
Players can choose to operate as a Driller, Scout, Engineer or Gunner as they navigate a complex system of underground caverns in search of valuable minerals.
There is also the choice to steal alien eggs while fighting off hordes of enemies with bonus missions and challenges to complete that will supposedly be updated frequently.
Dirt 5
Dirt 5 is a racing sim that heavily focuses on off-road racing, rather than the traditional track races that many games stick to nowadays.
Players are able to race on different routes across a wide array of locations in Brazil, China, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Nepal, New York City, Norway and South Africa.
The game also features a dynamic weather system with seasons that will force players to change and adapt their racing style to stay on top of opponents.
While online co-op is available, Dirt 5 also features splitscreen co-op for those players who just want to sit down and chill with their friends on the sofa.
Persona 5 Strikers
Persona 5 was one of the most popular games on PlayStation and was favoured for its long gameplay and in-depth story.
While this game is not a direct sequel, it is a crossover featuring characters from the Dynasty Warriors franchise and does carry on some of the story of the original Persona 5.
The game follows Joker and the rest of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts as they investigate a series of mysterious events involving the Japanese public.
It features the regular RPG elements that fans of the Persona series will instantly recognise.
