Does Phase Eight offer free delivery?
Yes, standard home delivery is free for all orders over £150 at Phase Eight. For orders less than this, standard delivery only has a small fee of £3.95. Alternatively, you can ‘click & collect’ for free from any Phase Eight standalone store.
What is the first order discount at Phase Eight?
Phase Eight currently offers 10% off with your first purchase. You simply need to provide your email address, then you’ll immediately be sent your Phase Eight promo code.
Does Phase Eight offer an NHS discount?
Yes, absolutely! Phase Eight has a 15% off key worker discount, which includes those in the NHS. You’ll need to verify your work through the Key Worker discount page on the Phase Eight website.
Are returns free at Phase Eight?
Yes, Phase Eight has free online returns within 28 days of receipt. You’ll need to return your items unused and in their original packaging. It’s worth knowing that facemasks or earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
