PGIM India Mutual Fund reopens subscriptions in its 3 international funds for second time in CY26

PGIM India Mutual Fund has announced reopening of subscriptions in its international funds - PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund, PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund, and PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund with effect from May 18.

The fund house through a notice cum addendum announced that the AMC has decided to allow subscriptions in these three international funds. The fresh systematic investment plan/systematic transfer plan of maximum of Rs 2 lakh per day, per investor, per scheme (at Primary holder PAN level) received before the cut-off time on any business day.

This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of SIDs and KIMs of the designated schemes, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SIDs and KIMs of the designated schemes will remain unchanged.

On March 10, the fund house had announced temporary restrictions for subscription to units in these three international funds. The fund house on installments of Systematic Investment / Transfer Plans installments will continue. There was no trigger of any switch-out transactions or IDCW transfer out installments to be accepted post the cut off timing and units were allotted where the switch out transaction or the systematic/IDCW transfer out leg was processed before the cut off timing. This move announced on March 10 came in order to avoid breach of the aforesaid overseas limits.

On February 5, 2026 the fund house announced reopening of subscription in these three international funds with effect from February 6 with maximum of Rs 5 lakh per day.

On December 10, 2025 the fund house informed regarding temporary suspension of subscriptions in PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund, PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund and PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund in order to avoid breaching the limit.

The fund house manages only these three international funds. PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund had an AUM of Rs 1,693 crore as of April 30,2026. The fund gave a return of 26.11% in the last one year and 77.31% in the last three months.

PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund had an AUM of Rs 1,389 crore as of April 30, 2026. The fund gave a return of 55.68% in the last one year and 78.16% in the last three months.

PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund had an AUM of Rs 60.55 crore as of April 30, 2026. The fund gave a return of 29.79% in the last one year and 22.32% in the last three months.
