You always have to be skeptical about major-LIFE-NEWS-type announcements that take place on April Fools’ Day, but I think this one looks legit.
In a series of Instagram Stories and posts, PGA golfer and four-time major champion Brooks Koepka announced that he and girlfriend Jena Sims are engaged.
Koepka popped the question with a beachfront proposal nearly a month ago on March 3, but the couple went public with the news on Thursday. Sims and Koepka had been dating since 2017 — the same year that Joe Buck notoriously identified Sims as one of Koepka’s ex-girlfriends following Koepka’s U.S. Open title that year.
