A body has been found in a park in south London two weeks after a 32-year-old nursing assistant disappeared.
Met Police have said the body was found in connection to an investigation into the disappearance of Petra Srncova.
Forensic investigators have set up a blue tent in Brunswick Park where a huge police cordon remains in place.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "At this early stage, the woman's death is being treated as unexplained.
"While formal identification awaits, Petra’s family have been informed of this development."
Ms Srncova vanished on November 28 following a shift at the Evelina London Children's Hospital, next to St Thomas's Hospital in London Bridge.
The senior hospital worker, of Camberwell, south London, was reported missing by a colleague five days later.

Officers were called to the park shortly after 11.30am on Sunday after children reportedly found the body of a woman while playing.
Mum-of-two Selda Kayam, 36, told MyLondon: "My friend lives here also and she gave me a call. Her friend's children, they found the body at around 11am this morning when they were playing in the park this morning."
Another resident described seeing "marked and unmarked police cars parked outside a house" in nearby Elmington Street for the last three days.

Ms Srncova is thought to have left the Evelina hospital at 7.45pm on November 28, wearing a green coat and carrying a red backpack.
It is believed she then withdrew money from a cashpoint, before getting onto a bus towards Elephant and Castle.
She then changed to a new bus travelling towards her home in Camberwell where she was last seen at 8.22pm, it is understood.
Following her disappearance, police contacted her family in her native Czech Republic who said they had not heard from her.
A man has been arrested, taken into custody and released on bail in connection with her disappearance.
