Peter Andre expressed his desire to try for a baby in the next few months.
In their new reality show Life With The Andres, the couple discussed when would be the ideal time to have another baby on the way.
Over the past few years, the happily married lovebirds have been unable to agree on whether to have more children or not.
But it appeared the couple have finally come to a decision to possibly have two more children before Peter reached his big birthday in three years time.
Emily explained Theo would be going to school in September which would naturally "be a good time" for the couple to have another on the way.
She said: "Theo's at the age, he goes to school in September that would be a good time."
Dad-of-four Pete echoed his wife's sentiments and urged for them to start thinking about having a baby in the next few months.
He added: "Its got to happen within the next year, now in the next couple of months."
Of course, Pete has been keen to add to his brood before he turned 50.
Meanwhile, the NHS frontline doctor has wanted to get her foot on the next step with her medical career while she continued to raise her two young children.
Emily admitted it has been nice to focus on her career for the past three years.
But now babies have been on her mind as the mother-of-two mulled over whether the couple should have another baby.
She added: "It's been really nice, since Theo's been born, focus on my work next step in my career but I think lots of couples you think about [having more kids]."
Emily and Peter raise their children Theo and Amelia.
Peter also has children Princess and Junior with his first ex-wife Katie Price.
