The period property features two large reception rooms, a lounge with golf course views, two double bedrooms, a study or third bedroom, two bathrooms, a small private front garden and a wine cellar.

“This remarkable property has come on to the market with just a week to go until the 150th Open gets underway at St Andrews.

As well as the Open Championship, St. Andrews Links runs another five annual tournaments throughout the year, including the prestigious St. Andrews Links Trophy.

Globally renowned for its ancient university, golfing heritage and scenic beach, the city of St. Andrews attracts more than half a million visitors each year.

Characterized by narrow cobbled streets and beautiful architecture, the bustling town center hosts a blend of independent shops, diverse cafes, coffee shops, delis, greengrocers, butchers and bakeries.
