It is responsible for numerous high-profile brands, including Tropicana, Quaker Oats, Doritos and the UK's biggest crisp brand, Walkers. The company is a massive player in the food and drink business, generating global annual revenues of $58bn (£38bn). In the UK and Ireland, PepsiCo employs 5,000 people across 13 sites and is known as an academy company: it encourages job rotation, early responsibility and mentoring to broaden employees' experience and horizons. The company was listed by Fortune magazine as one of the world's top 10 businesses for leadership development.
