People are raving about £9 'miracle cure' which sends them straight to sleep

All the insomniacs out there will know the pain of laying awake at night, begging your brain to head to the land of nod.

But now your prayers may finally have been answered, with people all over the country raving about a magic 'miracle cure' cream that sends them right to sleep.

But the best news? It only costs £9.

Lush's Sleepy Body Lotion comes in two sizes, with the smaller 95g tub costing £9, while the 215g pot is £16.

This is the cure, apparently (Lush/Instagram)

Hailed as the antidote for sleepless nights, containing a "balancing and calming" mixture of Lavender Oil and "sweet, heady and floral" Ylang Ylang Oil, as well as "sweetly scented" Tonka Absolute and Oatmeal Infusion.

The supposedly 'miracle' hand and body lotion has shot to fame on social media, with fans such as Twitter user Adriennejo dubbing the cream "pure magic" and "happiness in a jar", according to The Sun.

Meanwhile, an Instagram user named Sophie Collier praised it on the photo platform, saying that it "smells dreamy", whilst lush.ette said that she keeps it "beside my bed every night".

In fact it's so popular that it's even making waves on Reddit, with one user who claims to have a chronic illness that results in in insomnia writing "Sleepy lotion is the one product that can actually help me through the worst of my nights."
