Peach Pit to play headline show at Stylus in Leeds this weekend

Peach Pit will be appearing in Leeds this weekend as part of their UK tour.

Indie-rock quartet Peach Pit will be appearing in the city’s Stylus venue on Saturday, May 14. The show will be in support of the Canadian band’s third album From 2 to 3.

Speaking of the record, Neil Smith, from the band, said: “From 2 to 3 is an album we started writing just months before the world shut down, back when it was easy to romanticise being shut in. Since then, being alone got really old, but it shaped the sound of the record ultimately reminding us that music by yourself is great.

“But it’s better when you’re with your friends. We wrote the record on instruments we had in our living rooms, so it seemed fitting that we record it that way too.”

As well as Leeds, the band will have appeared in cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Glasgow before their tour finishes. Peach Pit will conclude the tour with a show in London at the O2 Forum Kentish Town later this month.
