Paulo Dybala would not hesitate to sign for Liverpool instead of Manchester United.
That's according to former Reds star Andrea Dossena, who says Manchester United are a "construction site" at the moment, and therefore not an attractive propostion.
The Red Devils are firm favourites to land the Juventus striker with Romelu Lukaku set to move in the opposite direction.
According to reports from Italy Manchester United are ready to offer Dybala £10million-per-year to make the transfer happen.
But Dybala has yet to agree a deal with the Red Devils, and Dossena has suggested this is likely to do with the fact United aren't ready to "win big" like Manchester City and Liverpool.
"Manchester United are a football superpower, but for me, they are not ready to win big in Europe, as perhaps Juve could be," Dossena told Tuttomercatoweb.
"If the team in question had been Liverpool or Manchester City, in my opinion, he [Dybala] would have had no doubts. United is more of a construction site at the moment."
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed he is looking to wrap up "one or two" more deals before the window closes in a week.
The Red Devils have broken two records this summer making Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Harry Maguire the most expensive full-back and centre-back respectively.
But the pot isn't empty and Dybala could still make his move to Old Trafford.
