Paulo Dybala arrives at Juventus training ground for talks with Maurizio Sarri

Paulo Dybala has arrived at Juventus' training ground for talks with Maurizio Sarri about his future at the Turin club.

The 25-year-old forward had been holidaying in Miami after playing for Argentina at the Copa America but returned to Italy on Thursday morning.

Juventus are willing to let Dybala leave the club in a swap deal for Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku, who has already agreed to move in the other direction.

It is understood that Dybala would prefer to remain at Juventus but he may have to move on if Sarri makes it clear he is not in the Bianconeri's plans for next season.

The 25-year-old is believed to be asking for €10million per year net to make the move to Old Trafford. Dybala currently earns €7.5m per year at Juve.

Up until recently, Inter Milan had appeared to be Lukaku's most likely destination but Inter's reluctance to make a meaningful offer for the player's services allowed Juventus to move into pole position to sign him.

United are still cautious about the prospect of signing Dybala and are continuing dialogue with Inter Milan on the off-chance the Nerazzurri  meet their £80m asking price for Lukaku.

Inter had a derisory £54million bid for Lukaku rejected by United in July and are yet to prove they have the financial might to pull the deal off.

Inter are pursuing Edin Dzeko but that is not a signal they no longer want Lukaku. United also believe it is still possible Lukaku could end up staying.
