Paul Pogba's agent reveals wage demands as Real Madrid chase Man Utd star

Paul Pogba will demand a huge wage of €16million (£13.65m) a year if Real Madrid or Juventus try to sign him from Manchester United in the summer.

That's according to Italian newspaper Tuttosport , who say Pogba's agent Mino Raiola has set his huge wage demands amid transfer rumours surrounding his star client.

Pogba is one of several names who has been heavily linked with joining Real Madrid when they launch a summer rebuild under returning boss Zinedine Zidane.

The United midfielder fuelled those rumours by admitting "Real Madrid is a dream for anyone" during a press conference last week whilst on international duty.

But it is understood Raiola will insist on the French World Cup winner becoming the highest paid player at the Bernabeu on a higher wage than Gareth Bale and Sergio Ramos, the current top earners on €14m and €11m per year respectively.

Pogba is understood to be on €10m (£8.5m) per year at Manchester United and Raiola will ensure he is rewarded with a higher salary if he does leave Old Trafford.

According to Marca , Raiola is serious about trying to secure a summer move for his client as he aims to make his Real Madrid dream a reality.

Pogba did insist he is happy at Manchester United at the moment, and he's enjoyed a fine run of form since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over, but the chance to link up with French legend Zidane on a huge wage may be enough to tempt him away.

Los Blancos are understood to be plotting a serious summer spending spree with Kylian Mbappe, Eden Hazard and Sadio Mane touted as possible targets along with Pogba.
