Patriots offense line officially won’t have 4 of 5 starters vs. Texans in Week 5

The New England Patriots will be without four of their five offensive linemen on Sunday, with right tackle Trent Brown on injured reserve, right guard Shaq Mason ruled out with an injury and left tackle Isaiah Wynn and left guard Michael Onwenu on the COVID-19/reserve list.

The Patriots’ remaining offensive linemen on the active roster include Andrews, Ted Karras, Yasir Durant, Justin Herron and Yodny Cajuste. They will be joined by practice-squad elevations James Ferentz, Alex Redmond and Will Sherman. It’s unclear how New England will arrange their offensive line, though it’s easy to imagine it will start with Andrews at center and Karras at guard, with Durant and Herron at the tackle spots. Perhaps that means Cajuste will move into a guard role.
