  • Footage filmed by a traveller named Bianca on Sunday, 29 June, showed dramatic flashes of lightning against ominous dark clouds.
  • The plane, which had departed from New York, was an hour away from landing when the eye-catching video was recorded.
  • Bianca expressed amazement at the storm's majesty and thanked Southwest Airlines for navigating safely through it.
