Parking and transit options for Saturday's U.S.-Mexico soccer game at Rose Bowl

Oct. 08--ROSE BOWL PARKING

FOR U.S.-MEXICO GAME

With a crowd of more than 90,000 expected at the Rose Bowl for Saturday's CONCACAF Cup playoff between the U.S. and Mexico, game organizers have adopted some changes to ease traffic.

--Stadium parking lots will open at 2 p.m. Fans with game tickets can visit an interactive Fan Fest on the Brookside Golf Course driving range, featuring sponsor booths, music, food and autograph sessions with soccer legends.

--Vehicles with four or more passengers will receive discounted parking of $25 (general parking is $40).

--Free fan shuttles will run from the Parsons Engineering Building in Old Town Pasadena. Shuttles will also be available to riders of the Metro Gold Line. Exit the train at Memorial Park Station in Pasadena and follow the signs for two blocks to the Rose Bowl Shuttle pickup location at Union Street and DeLacey Avenue. The shuttles will be running on dedicated roads directly in and out of the stadium prior to, during and after the match.

--There will be checkpoints for all vehicles entering the stadium on game day and fans without a ticket will not be permitted into the area. Visit http://www.rosebowlstadium.com/events/concacaf-cup for additional details on shuttle information, interactive maps and the CONCACAF Cup Fan Fest.
