Palace was given Andrew’s 30,000 trade envoy emails in May 2020

  • Thames Valley Police are currently investigating the former Duke of York for allegations of sexual misconduct in their inquiry into potential misconduct in public office.
  • Andrew was arrested in February on his 66th birthday on suspicion of misconduct in a public office, following allegations he passed sensitive government information to Jeffrey Epstein.
  • The emails, which were the subject of a legal dispute, reportedly include details of Andrew sharing a confidential Treasury briefing on the Icelandic financial crisis with businessman Jonathan Rowland.
