Padraig Harrington has revealed his golf clubs have gone walkabout for the first time in 32 years of travelling to tournaments.
The three-time Major champion has travelled to the Czech Republic for a European Tour event - but his clubs didn't make the journey.
It is a common nuisance for tour professionals to lose their tools as they travel around the globe on flights.
But, remarkably, this is the first time that 47-year-old Harrington has lost his on his travels
The Dubliner tweeted: "1st time in 32 years of traveling that my clubs have failed to arrive on the way to a tournament.
"Strange as it was a direct flight and I checked in 3 hours early. How lucky am I."
Harrington is back in Europe after failing to make the season-ending play-offs on the PGA Tour.
He is in a field this week that includes Lee Westwod, Ernie Els and fellow countryman Paul Dunne - but his first priority will undoubtedly be to locate his clubs before Thursday's opening round.
