Paddy McGuinness jokingly called out that he needed an ambulance after taking on some strong man challenges.
The Top Gear host posted to his Instagram account sharing a clip of him hitting the gym with some of the world's strongest athletes. He trained alongside Eddie Hall as he was cheered on and supported.
Eddie, also known as 'The Beast', spoke to the camera as he said: "We have our first event. It's 120kg bar. Let's go Paddy."

The clip showed Paddy dressed in jeans and a white jumper as he tried to take on the heavy weight challenge. He struggled a bit to lift the bar over his head as Eddie held his arms up to help him.
The Beast yelled: "Go on!" Paddy shouted out as he held the bar above his head, clearly pleased with his achievement. He lowered the bar before shouting: "Get me an ambulance!"
The short video went on to show Paddy trying the world's 'strongest' smelling salts. Paddy said: "I've seen them do this on the telly." He gave the bottle a good sniff, before struggling to compose himself. He struggled to find words as laughter was heard in the background.
The comedian had nothing but praise for his new gym friends, as he captioned the post. He wrote: "Over the last few years I’ve had the honour of training with some of the Worlds strongest men. The likes of @eddiehallwsm @luke.stoltman @tomstoltmanofficial @martynfordofficial and it still blows my mind what these monsters can lift??? Seeing what they can do in the flesh is unbelievable! Absolute machines and superior athletes. I’m looking forward to seeing what they can achieve in 2023."
