- Mr Justice Dexter Dias granted the injunction, warning that any breach could result in asset seizures, unlimited fines, or imprisonment.
- The ruling addresses the widespread flying of Union and St George’s Cross flags, linked to an online campaign called Operation Raise The Colours, which has seen council workers face abuse and intimidation during removal efforts.
- Three individuals associated with Raise The Colours – Ben Cullen, Trudy Wells and Ryan Bridge – provided undertakings to cease flag-related activities, and a separate injunction was issued against group member Kevin Good.
