Over 400 plants were found at a cannabis farm in Rochdale.
Police recovered 215 adult cannabis plants and 249 baby plants at the site in Kingsway.
Forensic teams were sent to the scene.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "Kingsway neighborhood officers took part in a spot of gardening yesterday after weeding out the below cannabis farm.
"A total of 215 adult plants were located along with 249 baby plants.
"Forensics have been taken and enquiries are on-going."
