Our Liverpool: inspirational tale of man's new life

Hello and Good Afternoon.

5pm is right there and the weekend is so close you can almost taste it. This week has been a busy one for me as I've started this new job taking care of these daily briefings. I've really enjoyed it so far, but I won't lie - I'm ready to relax a little over the weekend.

This is my 10th and final Our Liverpool of the week so enjoy whatever you have planned. I look forward to bringing you the lowdown on everything important that is going on in Liverpool and with the ECHO next Monday.
