Justin Tipuric admits he doesn't know how the Ospreys squad will look next season amid the major changes set to be brought into the regional game.
Tipuric was speaking shortly after leading the Ospreys to one of the finest Welsh victories in Europe, as they overcame Montpellier in the Champions Cup.
Welsh squad sizes are due to be slashed and a salary cap expected to be introduced, potentially with pay cuts of up to 50 percent for some players.
Amid all those issues, the Ospreys’ 21-10 victory over French champions Montpellier at the GGL Stadium was astonishing, with Toby Booth’s side shocking the hosts with three tries in a game they never looked like losing. The BT Sport commentator said the win 'would send shockwaves throughout Europe.'

Afterwards, Tipuric, the Welsh team’s captain, offered a nod to the events unfolding at boardroom level in Welsh rugby when he said: “It’s a good squad we have. It’s doesn't just have good players. We have good men around as well.
“You just want to make the most of this squad this year. You don’t know what the squad’s going to be like next year with everything happening.
“We just want to make sure we enjoy it together and try to make sure we keep performing and consistently get these performances.”
The Ospreys had been going through a tough time, with just one win from their previous 10 games this season, the run including a disappointing effort against Leicester Tigers in Swansea just six days earlier.
“Any result would have pleased me,” admitted Tipuric, “because it’s never nice losing. But it is special to get one over the French champions.
“You could see they were hurting at the end, so they are going to be fired up when we play them at home. We’re happy with the win. That said, we’re not getting carried away. It’s a good win, but we have a lot to work on. We’ll enjoy it and hopefully push on for Boxing Day.”
The Ospreys host the Scarlets a week on Monday.
