Guacamole, with the addition of peas, can apparently be turned into an international scandal. But did you know that by adding quinoa it can become a desk lunch?
Is that inventive? Or just sad?

We’re told a good work lunch holds the key to weight loss, good mental health, and higher productivity.
So what does it say about the state of the midday meal that we’re encouraged to try all manner of dismal “lunch hacks” to make eating at our desks tolerable?
Would you ever freeze individual peanut butter sandwiches ahead of time?
Do you find yourself trying to find another way to make your tin of tuna bearable?
Do you disguise your lunch disappointment by trying to go upmarket, with fancy ingredients?
Or do you just swallow your pride, take a photo, and send it off to the Sad Desk Lunch blog?
Tell us about your lunch shame in the thread below. Tweet photos at @cif_australia and we’ll embed the worst lunches here. To get you started:
@Cif_Australia the worst lunch I have ever had, and I made enough so that I had to have it twice pic.twitter.com/ZjolJQheEL
