- OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney has reached a plea deal in the murder case involving the fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli.
- The details of the agreement were not disclosed Friday and will remain confidential until a judge reviews and approves the deal, the 30-year-old’s attorneys, Prieto Law Firm and Puglisi Carames Law, told Fox News Digital in a statement.
- The deal is expected to be presented in Miami-Dade County court on August 10. Clenney’s trial was scheduled to begin this year, but repeated delays pushed the case back as attorneys continued battling over evidence, legal motions and courtroom issues. Repeated attempts for her release on bond were unsuccessful.
- Clenney has been incarcerated since August 2022, facing a second-degree murder charge for the April 2022 incident in Miami. Her attorneys assert she acted in self-defense, alleging Obumseli was abusive, a claim his family strongly disputes.
- Prosecutors previously described the couple's relationship as "tempestuous and combative" leading up to the stabbing.
