Emergency services raced to an "ongoing incident" at a block of flats in Grangemouth earlier.
Police and ambulance crews were sent to Croftside Court in the Bowhouse area of the town shortly after 10:30am this morning.
Pictures from the scene showed two police vans and an ambulance at the scene.
The nature of the incident remains unknown at this stage.
It's also not known if anyone has been injured.
