LUCKNOW: Hours after the video showing a miscreant thrashing a youth went viral on social media, cops arrested a 25-year-old man from Chowk on Wednesday.
The accused was identified as Mohammad Ayub. The victim was identified as Arslan. SHO Chowk police station, Prashant Kumar Mishra, said, “Aas soon as the video came to our attention, we identified and nabbed the accused.”
The accused and the victim had an old rivalry. The accused has been arrested under the charges of breach of peace, said Mishra.
