One-bed flat with 'three-quarter bathtub' goes up for rent - and people are 'screaming'

A one-bedroom flat has left people in hysterics after they saw its "three-quarter bathtub".

The unfurnished property, which is located in Liverpool, is now up for rent on OpenRent.co.uk for £525 per calendar month.

The flat comes with a modern kitchen, washing machine, brand new hob, a carpeted living room, a walk-in cupboard hall, a corner shower and the most striking feature - the "3/4 bathtub".

The woman who came across the ad was unsurprisingly shocked by the one-of-a-kind bath and took to Twitter to share a picture of it.

She captioned it: "Why has this flat got literally half a f***in bath", and her followers were in hysterics over the flat’s unique bathroom design.

"You are a short walking distance to Walton and Rice Lane train stations. Buses to Liverpool stop right outside."

A Twitter user shared photos of the property on her page, which has since received almost 5,000 likes.

One said: “Screaming imagine sat with ye legs crossed in the bath”

Another added: “That design makes no sense, why not just put a bath with a shower in that space instead!”

Meanwhile, one wrote: “Do you reckon when they built the shower and realised how small the bath. They said it will be fine no one will notice”

The modern interior is also fitted with double glazing throughout the living space, and the apartment benefits from CCTV, large communal gardens and visitor parking.
