Olivia Lynes told 'forget Britain's Got Talent' as she reduces judge Amanda Holden to tears

Amanda Holden was a proud judge after awarding 11-year-old singer Olivia Lynes the coveted Golden Buzzer in the Britain's Got Talent auditions. Amanda was emotional as Olivia returned to the stage after the buzzer sent her straight through to the live semi-finals.

Olivia melted hearts at the audition stage when she and her family headed to the theatre to see a performance of Matilda the Musical. She had a massive surprise when her tickets were intercepted by Amanda who appeared in the box office and asked her to audition.

Olivia agreed and went on to wow Amanda and her fellow judges Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli and Simon Cowell as she performed a powerful rendition of Defying Gravity from the musical Wicked. Confetti rained down as it was Amanda who reached for her Golden Buzzer.

In the second semi-final, Olivia belted out Into the Unknown from Frozen II. "You've reduced me to tears," Amanda told her. And she praised: "You were even better than the auditon. I'm so proud of you."

Olivia is now being tipped for the West End stage as show boss and head judge Simon Cowell told her: "I think you're on your way because that was really good." And over on Twitter viewer @momof2lgs agreed, saying: "Well done - that was amazing! The west end is calling … forget #BGT!"
