BHOPAL: Chief secretary Iqbal Singh Bains has directed all the district collectors and chief medical and health officers to conduct Covid-19 vaccination of teachers and employees working in all colleges and schools coming under the department of higher education and school education from July 26 to 31.
For this, a vaccination campaign will be organised from 9 am to 5 pm on the designated date by selecting the colleges with requisite facilities in the district headquarters and development blocks.
Under the campaign, it will be ensured that the first and second dose of Covid-19 vaccine is administered to the teachers and employees of all government and non-government colleges and schools, including the schools of the tribal welfare department. It has been directed that the workplace Covid-19 vaccination session should be held in coordination with all the educational institutions.
Along with this, instructions have been given to strictly follow the Covid-19 friendly behaviour at the vaccination centres during this campaign, said an official spokesperson on Friday.
