Although sporadically very funny, this tale of an embattled business going all out on festivities in order to stay afloat is as predictable as Boxing Day indigestion. It’s also a hot mess – the plot disintegrates into a scrum of competing comic egos, all jostling for lines and screen time. Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman, TJ Miller and Kate McKinnon are good value. The rest should stick to photocopying their genitals in the stationery cupboard.
