A different and deadlier type of ice bucket has led to the arrests of nine people, including a 15-year-old boy.
NSW Police found 390kg of methamphetamine stashed evenly across 39 large buckets, 140 cardboard boxes full of foam and packaging, and Aldi shopping bags.
The neatly marked and numbered bags of the white crystalline substance were discovered at an Emu Plains home in far western Sydney on April 28.
Police arrested a 15-year-old alleged drug mule at the scene who is believed to be part of a larger organised crime network importing drugs.
He was charged with supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug and previously appeared in a children's court.
The arrest came amid a series of raids on homes allegedly linked to the crime group.
