Panthers knock out Warriors as RTS injures knee
Dally M Medal favourite Roger Tuivasa-Sheck was a first half casualty as his New Zealand Warriors were knocked out of the finals by a dominant Penrith Panthers.
The Panthers had to fight back after going down 12-2 after 15 minutes, and they left the Warriors in their wake 27-12 at the Olympic Stadium.
Electric fullback Tuivasa-Sheck suffered the injury after a tackle by Panthers pair Sione Katoa and Waqa Blake, and limped off with his team down 14-12.
Tyrone Peachey bagged a pair of tries in the Penrith win.
