Northern Ireland fans saying the same thing after seeing starting XI vs Estonia

Northern Ireland fans were saying the same thing after seeing Ian Baraclough's starting XI to face Estonia.

Baraclough made nine changes for Sunday's friendly international in Tallinn, with Niall McGinn coming in to skipper the side on his 67th cap.

But it was the attacking options that got the Green and White Army talking ahead of kick-off.

Experienced striker Kyle Lafferty got the nod to start up front, despite going 26 games and five years without an international goal.

The players fans want to see is Accrington Stanley forward Dion Charles.

Charles has made just three appearances in friendlies since being brought into the international squad back in March.

After the Northern Ireland team was announced on Sunday, supporters were questioning where Charles was.

"Is Charles ever gonna start at this rate" asked Adam on Twitter.

The NornIrelandFootball Twitter account said: "Disappointing not to see Bradley and Charles in the starting eleven, everyone knows what Lafferty can do. Charles needs to be given a chance."

Luked55 added: "Will he ever start charles….."

Andy tweeted: "Mustn't rate Charles if he's given lafferty the start."

AmadaIsARed agreed, saying: "I would have preferred Dion Charles was given a run out instead of Lafferty!!"

Keith added: "Surely @Dion_charles should get a start?? Hopefully see him get more than a late sub appearance as will also definitely help @ASFCofficial when he comes back."

The Spirit of 2016 podcast Twitter account quipped: "Dion Charles must be absolutely brutal in training."

The game against Estonia kicks off at 5pm UK time.
