A 40-year-old north London man has been charged with sexually assaulting two women in incidents eight years apart.
Simon Levy, from Tottenham, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday accused of two counts of sexual assault and one of sexual assault by penetration.
The alleged assaults took place in 2017 and 2025, and involved two women.
Lisa Ramsarran from the Crown Prosecution Service, said: “The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute Simon Levy with two counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual assault by penetration.
“The new charges follow Metropolitan Police investigations into separate incidents from 2017 and 2025, involving two women.
“Our prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring the case to court and that it is in the public interest to pursue criminal proceedings.”
