Noida constable Gagan Kumar Paswan bags bronze at international games

NOIDA: A constable posted with the Noida police has made the country proud by winning the bronze medal in badminton championship in the World Police and Fire Games held in the Netherlands.

Constable Gagan Kumar Paswan belongs to Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Like his father, Paswan has been associated with the Uttar Pradesh Police for more than a decade now.

Paswan has participated in several competitions and championships and won several medals till now. “Gagan has brought laurels to the Uttar Pradesh Police and the entire country with his phenomenal performance,” said Alok Singh, commissioner of police, Gautam Budh Nagar. The World Police and Fire Games started on July 22 in Rotterdam and will conclude on July 31.
