Fans were hoping to see a teaser for WWE 2K26 on Monday Night Raw, but that sadly wasn’t the case. A post from wrestler Iyo Sky on Instagram had fans speculating that there would be a teaser for the new game. With WWE 2K26 confirmed to release in early 2026, all signs were pointing to a reveal at RAW, but there was no such news.
To be fair, it made sense that there would be a teaser; it’s the first RAW event of the year, and it’s a collaboration with Netflix’s Stranger Things. The stage couldn’t have been bigger to promote the new game. So, once again, fans are left without a teaser or any news about WWE 2K26.
But that doesn’t mean we aren’t getting an announcement or a teaser. The fact is that the game is going to be released in early 2026. The previous few titles were all released in March, with a teaser/announcement trailer released in late January. Unless they change the schedule completely — which is unlikely — we are sure to see an announcement soon.
Most likely, the teaser or announcement for WWE 2K26 will happen after January 20, as that’s when the teasers for previous games were released. If they stick to the schedule, we should see a trailer soon. At the very latest, information will be revealed at the Royal Rumble on January 31.
RAW Was The Perfect Place For A Teaser

Fans have a lot of expectations from WWE 2K26, and there have already been a lot of rumors going around. From people speculating CM Punk as the cover athlete to expecting new match types in the game, there is a lot of hype building around the game as we approach the release window.
A trailer or teaser here would have helped calm fans down and answer their burning questions, but we are still waiting on that.
For now, all fans can do is wait and continue speculating about what 2K has planned for the next entry in the series. As in past years, the expectations are understandably high. Whether it’s gameplay improvements, roster surprises, or long-requested match types, WWE 2K26 has a lot to live up to. The silence won’t last forever, but until an official reveal arrives, anticipation will only continue to build.
