NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde issue call for staff to help support coronavirus response

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde have issued a call for staff to help support their response to the coronavirus crisis.

The health board have immediate work opportunities at locations across Greater Glasgow and Clyde hospitals and clinics.

They are currently recruiting for Allied Health Care Professionals and Health Care Support Assistants to join their Staff Bank as well as Facilities Assistants (Domestics and Catering Assistants) and Porters.

The closing date for applications is Monday, March 30, with telephone interviews scheduled over the next two weeks.

As of today, a total of 183 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area, up from 152 cases yesterday.
