(Reuters) - Post-Tropical Cyclone Leslie, located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, has a 70 percent chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Wednesday.
"The associated shower activity is becoming more organized, and the low is showing signs of taking on more subtropical characteristics," the NHC said.
