NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah Correctly Predicted Texans-Cardinals Trade

Did Daniel Jeremiah have a crystal ball?

The NFL Network analyst absolutely nailed the top of his final 2023 NFL mock draft by correctly predicting that quarterback C.J. Stroud would go No. 2 and linebacker Will Anderson would go No. 3 after Carolina tabbed Bryce Young first overall.

However, nailing the first three selections in order was not the most impressive part.

Predicting that the Texans would trade up with the Cardinals and land both Stroud and Anderson is simply mind-blowing.

You read that right.

His prognostication that the Houston Texans would not only land a top quarterback prospect but arguably the best defensive talent as well is simply wild.

Perhaps we should be asking the NFL Network senior draft analyst for this weekend’s lottery numbers.

Jeremiah’s prescient run ended with the Colts at the No. 4 pick. He was correct that Indianapolis would pick a quarterback, but the Colts opted for Anthony Richardson instead of Will Levis.
