Can I get a Newegg student discount?
Yes, Newegg offers an extra 5% off for students who can verify with a valid .edu email address, giving you the chance to save on new and refurbished across the brand's range. This deal is also open to education staff. Just keep an eye out for the 'Student discount available' button under selected products and click it to get a one-time code to add at the checkout.
What are EggPoints?
EggPoints are loyalty points that you'll earn every time you spend when signed in to your Newegg account. EggPoints can be redeemed at the checkout for discounts on your purchases, with every 100 points worth $1 off, meaning you'll get better prices the more you spend. To get started, head to the EggPoints page on the Newegg site. Note that points expire after 12 months, so make sure to spend them sooner rather than later.
Is there a Newegg app?

What is Newegg's returns policy?
Newegg offers 30-day hassle-free returns on products that are labeled as "Sold and Shipped by Newegg", this includes no shipping charge (for products up to 50lbs). For items that have been purchased on Newegg but are from a third-party retailer, the returns instructions will be different as it’s covered by the seller's return policy. To find out your specific returns policy, head to the specific product page on the Newegg website and click the ‘Warranty & Returns’ tab.

Newegg runs a number of deals all year round, but we tend to see the wider-reaching sales during major sales periods, including the likes of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, President's Day and Labor Day. Look for Shellshockers
Shellshockers are deals offering up to 40% off items from across the Newegg range which are usually available at any time of year. New deals are added added regularly, covering all kinds of categories such as PCs, components and more. These are a great way to snap up some savings in the absence of a seasonal sale.
Shop clearance
You can also get discounts of up to 60% by shopping the Newegg clearance section. Items sold here are the last of stock the brand wants to clear the last of, meaning they aren't usually the newest models (hence the significant savings). Be careful, though - because stock is limited, deals are only around whilst stocks last, so make sure to act fast if one catches your eye.
Buy refurbished
If you don't need the newest items, you can save by buying from Newegg's open box & refurbished stock. Each item can be discounted by up to 40% of the usual price, plus you'll see detailed info on the condition of each item on their product page before you buy so you know exactly how close to new you can expect.
Watch for rebates
You can find a full list of mail-in rebates on the dedicated page of the brand's site. Here, you'll see products that you can purchase to get money back with a mail-in rebate once you've made your purchase, effectively giving you a discount. We've previously seen these offer as much as $600 back on selected items.

When you subscribe to the Newegg newsletter, you'll start receiving regular updates on products and current promotions, keeping you in know when it comes to what's happening across the Newegg range.
