Football finance expert Kieran Maguire is backing Newcastle to make as much as £40million by selling the naming rights to St James' Park.
It's now common practise in the Premier League to sell naming rights for additional revenue, but it wouldn't be the first time St James' Park has gone by a different name.
Former owner Mike Ashley renamed the home of the Magpies the Sports Direct Arena over a decade ago, a move that incensed the Toon fanbase.

However, Maguire believes Newcastle's new owners would be unlikely to face a similar backlash given how high their current stock is with fans.
He argues that a £4million per annum deal could be on the cards for the Magpies.
“The stock of PIF is very high," Maguire told Football Insider. “It helps that they have just won three in a row, of course.
“The initial reaction of the fanbase would be that it isn’t ideal but that they are still going to call it St James’ Park. It’s a small sacrifice.
“If it generates an extra £4m over the length of a 10-year contract or something like that, it is a price worth paying.
“Anything that accelerates the rise of Newcastle to being a competitor for the big six will be viewed in the same way.”
