According to multiple reports, Scott Perry, the general manager of the New York Knicks, will not be returning to the team. Perry had been with the Knicks since 2017.
During his tenure, Perry played a role in the Knicks' success, helping guide the team to the second round of the NBA playoffs. He was involved in key additions to the roster, including signing free agent Jalen Brunson.
Perry's contract is set to expire in June. However, team president Leon Rose and executive vice president William Wesley will continue in their respective roles with the Knicks.
Under Perry's leadership, the Knicks had a successful season with a record of 47-35. They won their first-round playoff series against the Cleveland Cavaliers but ultimately fell short in a best-of-seven matchup against the Miami Heat.
