New Tottenham signing Yves Bissouma has been cleared of sexual assault allegations.
Bissouma and a man in his 40s had been arrested in the early hours of Wednesday, October 6 last year following an investigation into an incident at a Brighton nightclub. However, Bissouma is now in the clear with no further action to be taken.
Sussex Police released a statement to the Daily Mail that read: "A man in his 40s from Brighton who was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault has had his conditional bail extended until July 4, 2022. A man in his 20s, also from Brighton, who was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault has been released with no further action to be taken.

"The investigation is ongoing and no additional information is available at this time."
Joining Brighton & Hove Albion in 2018 from Lille, Bissouma signed for Tottenham earlier this month in a deal that could rise to more than £30million with add-ons.
