A Birmingham office block is being given a new roof terrace as part of a multimillion-pound refurbishment project.
New images have been released showing progress work on the new terrace at One Temple Row in the city centre.
The terrace build required around 47 tonnes of steel and existing columns of the floors below had to be strengthened before it could be installed.
Other work planned by landlord Aviva Investors includes a new reception area, business lounge, café and cycle hub with changing facilities.
It is due for completion by the end of this year at the 12-storey building.
Aviva Investors' senior asset manager Julian Cobourne said: "It's fantastic to see the terrace taking shape - it will form such a focal point for the building and its occupants.
"It's just one element of the design to create ‘a building that's good for you'."
One Temple Row is being marketed by CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield and the renovation work is being project managed by JLL.
