A new recovery service aimed at those with addiction and mental health issues has opened its doors in Paisley.
Glasgow Road-based CIRCLE - Continuing in Recovery Changes Lives Entirely - works in partnership with local people who have lived experience of mental health, alcohol or drug-related issues.
Backed by Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership, the service has been developed to provide additional support for residents who are on a recovery journey.
The newly-refurbished base was unveiled on Monday, to act as a recovery hub for individuals referred to the service, with recovery activity set to be delivered across communities throughout the area.
It is aimed at addressing a key gap in Renfrewshire's mental health and addiction services, where a lack of recovery opportunities for people in treatment has previously been identified.

The service will provide a wide programme of activities to encourage, involve and support people in recovery after evidence showed that enhanced recovery opportunities contributes to better outcomes for those battling issues.
It is supported by the Alcohol and Drug Partnership and builds on the Renfrewshire Alcohol and Drug Commission platform to further strengthen links to support people in recovery.
Christine Laverty, Interim Chief Officer of Renfrewshire HSCP added: “I am excited by this innovative and unique approach to both mental health and alcohol and drug recovery in Renfrewshire.
"In collaboration with partners, people with lived and living experience have been at the heart of the design and planning of CIRCLE - and this will continue as the service develops and expands. Enhancing recovery opportunities is a key priority in Renfrewshire and CIRCLE will play a major part in doing so."
