While Tyler, the Creator has become the most well-known member of sprawling rap crew Odd Future, it's Frank Ocean who has perhaps recorded the best music. In February, the singer and producer released a free album entitled Nostalgia, ULTRA that showcased not only his production skills – transforming Coldplay's Strawberry Swing into an atmospheric break-up lament – but also his way with melody, creating perfectly realised R&B jams full of character. It's no surprise that shortly after the mixtape emerged, Ocean found himself in the studio with Beyoncé, working on her forthcoming new album. U Got It is a new song that emerged online earlier this week and wouldn't seem out of place on mainstream radio playlists, complete with simple drum claps, fizzing synths and a middle-eight featuring an acoustic guitar interlude.
