New laws tighten grip on internet in Russia

In Russia, new laws will allow the authorities to block any websites spreading "fake news" or any message deemed to "offend representatives and symbols of the state". The Russian web could also soon be completely isolated from foreign servers. Internet defenders in Russia are alarmed and fear these new measures could be used to track down political opponents. Our Moscow correspondent Elena Volochine reports, with Gulliver Cragg.
